The hotel was fairly clean with good services. The staff members were all amazing and fantastic. An attached restaurant for great lunch was an advantage.

The breakfast is fine with a wide range of food. I enjoyed my room - excellent with view.

The location was perfect, with the Matsumoto castle just a short walk away and plenty of shopping and restaurant options nearby. The staff was friendly and helpful, even providing recommendations for local eateries. Richmond hotel group will definitely be my top choice for city hotels.

my recent stay in matsumoto was amazing, and richmond hotel made it even better. the staff was incredibly polite and helpful, the room was spacious with a beautiful view of the mountains, and the location was convenient. highly recommend staying here for a delightful family holiday.
